How fast can you deliver?
Standard in-stock items dispatch in 1–2 days from order confirmation. Pan-India delivery is 5–7 working days to major hubs. Custom/endless belts: 7–15 days production + delivery. Expedited 2–3 day delivery available on in-stock items at additional courier cost.
What are your payment terms?
New customers: 100% advance payment via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI/cheque. Repeat customers (3+ completed orders) may qualify for 15–30 day credit terms — discuss with sales. GST invoice issued with every dispatch.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — bulk discounts apply on belt orders above 100 meters total length OR order value above ₹50,000. Discount percentage is decided per quote by the sales team based on item type, quantity, and customer history.
What's your warranty policy?
30-day manufacturing defect warranty from dispatch date. Defects (delamination, surface irregularity, splice failure) covered with clear photos. Wear-and-tear from operational use is not covered. Confirmed defects = free replacement + reverse pickup.
Do you make custom belts?
Yes. Custom belts (special widths, special compounds, food-grade FDA, anti-static, oil-resistant, heat-resistant, cut-resistant). Minimum order ₹15,000, 100% advance, 7–15 day lead time, signed specs confirmation required. Cancellation not allowed once production starts.
Do you offer field installation?
Yes — mechanical fastener clipping (₹500–1,500/joint) and heat-vulcanizing (₹3,000–8,000/joint depending on width). Service area: Telangana, AP, Karnataka. For other states, technician travel costs are extra OR we provide remote guidance to your local technician.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes — belt samples (small swatches) available for new customers evaluating material quality. Sample cost: ₹500–2,000 depending on belt type. Sample cost is fully adjusted against the first order. Shipping charges extra.
